Since Wordpress is a constant topic of conversation in the blogging community, here is page the explains my theme, picture, plug-ins I use, and of course giving credit to the people who wrote the stuff..
First off. My theme is custom. I built it. Hours of tinkering went into what displays and is oh so pretty now. While you can’t download my theme and use, here is the tools I used to do it. They are all free downloads but it never hurts to support the people who wrote it.
The picture at the top of every page is from Digital Westex. I cropped it and resized it to make it work for the spot I put it in. I love this art, it is awesome. As of this writing his policy states, you can use it as long as you give credit for it.
The contact me page uses a script by Dagon Design which is very flexible and works nicely. It took me a couple hours to figure out my issue with the trigger words, but after that it was flawless and I highly recommend it.
Plug-ins:
Adsense Deluxe – allows for easy insertion of Google Adsense
Post In Category – post all the post in a specific category. I use this instead of the normal category output. Unfortunately, the creator’s site is no longer available.
SRG Clean Archives – post archives much nicer. I use this for my archives
