Thanks Fiona for the ideas and the link and thanks for all the support you have shown :)
I will check that out. I typically eat 1 avocado and occasionally 2 a day. I am not a huge nut eater but do manage to eat some every week. and i am so going to try your idea of avocado on flax bread sandwiches :)

I am drinking green smoothies. I have one every morning for breakfast. I usually but spinach and vitamineral green in them with banana and frozen strawberry.

Hey Adrienne, it sounds like maybe your body is not getting enough fat at the moment. Maybe try adding in more nuts (macadamia, walnuts, almonds especially) and avocado, and see if your cravings go away? When I was eating all raw, I found that having avocado on flax "bread" sandwiches (I use Ani Phyo's Black Sesame Bread recipe, http://www.rawfreedomcommunity.info/forum/showthread.php?t=847) killed off my cooked-food cravings. Although more greens definitely help with cravings, too -- are you drinking green smoothies?

Good luck, and let us know how your experiments go!
