Days 8-14

Random Itches and Aches

The last week, I have been itchy.  Mostly on the palms of my hands and fingers.  A few times I have had just totally random itchies.  Bottoms of my feet are another favorite part for itchies to appear :)

Occasionally my fingers will ache.  Nothing series or painful just an annoying ache for a while then it disappears. Same thing with other random body parts like bottom of my feet especially my heels.

I have not done anything for this.  I am just hopping that it goes away by itself in due time.


Wanting food items like fries and chips is still much easier.  I don’t know if it is the juice helping, the all the extra variety of food I have been eating, but I am really enjoying not thinking about fries, chips, and pizza.

I still notice pizza and cheese items a lot more then when I was a vegan.  However, it is so manageable.  On the bright side, I am still grossed out by meat and no cravings for such things.  Before, I was noticing meat a lot.

My thinking is still very clear.  My body seems to have more endurance.  I have not really tried to stairs as a workout before and I managed to do 25 flights of stairs.  I could have kept going, but I was running short on time.

My brain has been a bit in the clouds this week.  Not foggy, just very happy to be playing in my imagination.  I have so many ideas going through my head I have to keep writing them down.

    How about a post on why you love Irish Moss. How is it different from other seaweeds?

    Oh a post on Iris Moss is a great idea. Thanks. I will have to make some recipes and take pictures for it, so it will take some time. Thanks for the idea!
